We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to accommodate requests to skip a scheduled lawn mowing service whenever possible. However, we require at least 24 hours’ notice for any service skips, as outlined in our terms and conditions.

As part of our lawn care policy, we allow two complimentary service skips per season during a normal growing season. During drought years, we double that allowance to four complimentary skips per season to give our clients more flexibility when lawn growth is limited.
